Maintenance is an important factor to keeping your reptile healthy and free of parasites. Depending on your type of reptile a basking bulb, UVA, or UVB lighting is required. Adding calcium and nutrient enriched vitamins  will most likely keep your reptile from not having any calcium deficiency within there bones mixed with a balanced diet.
